Payment
100 AED or above is eligible for free delivery, 25 AED Delivery charges will be applied on orders less than 100 AED.
The Company accepts no liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit or debit card supplier for any reason. The cash/Credit or Debit card payment option is acceptable only upon delivery after your order has been placed and confirmed.
We accept payment thru Visa and MasterCard.
Online order pick-up option is also available with no extra charges, you can collect your items from the nearest sales centre to you.

Cancellation
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we send it. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

Replacement/ Exchange of item
In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:
The items can be returned within 15 days of the purchase
Items must be in the original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
If the product reaches you and you are intended to exchange you have to pay for the delivery charge. (25aed)
Out of stock
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible
Delivery
We always strive to process all orders as soon we can. Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1 to 7 working days once your order has been processed.

If you have selected the self-pickup option from your desired location, then you have to collect it within 3 days, otherwise, the order will be sent back to the main warehouse
